OT-Führer West

From Messrs Bassenge, with the kind assistance of a good friend of the site, comes this actual picture of the book in question!

You can see that it is in quite a different format and binding from the "regular" Baedekers that we deal with on this site. It is taller and narrower - more like the guides became after the war. (The picture is in the same format and size as the standard pictures of editions on this site.)

The views on how to handle it in the database (since there is no Hinrichsen number for this edition) are quite varied - please go along to the forum (see previous post) and make your voice heard.

(Not, I hasten to add, that there is any democracy involved here... but I do appreciate your views!)

Meanwhile, there is a moderately OK copy of Bords du Rhin 6 (1864) over at eBay...
