Is this really a D099?

On eBay right now is quite possibly a real rarity: a copy of Mittel- und Nord-Deutschland 8 (1858). The authoritative Hinrichsen bibliography states that this edition never was released as a separate publication (only as a joint binding with Österreich 8 - see Deutschland 8 (1858)).

But - if the seller's description is correct - then this item is the missing eighth edition of Mittel- und Nord-Deutschland! If so, it's a minor sensation - would all collectors like to let me know what you think?
