The Savoy Grill

...has been closed for a major upgrade for quite a few years (as has the whole hotel). But now it's all open again and the Daily Telegraph reviewer (here) finds it all rather Baedeker-ish - but I am not sure if it's meant as a compliment.

Oh well - I have been there once, but it is very many years ago (certainly more than 25). It didn't strike me as Baedeker-ish so much as Murray-ish then...
