Later editions include excursions to Iceland and Spitzbergen.
Denmark was also covered in Nordost-Deutschland editions.
It is interesting to note that, whereas the titles of the German and French editions mention Sweden before Norway, it is the other way round with the English editions. Presumably Norway was a more popular destination for English-speaking tourists, with closer ties across the North Sea.
All of these editions contain a bound-in appendix with a small grammar and vocabulary for the Scandinavian languages.
