New page on supplements

Thanks to a kind donation of scans by Jonathan Callaway, I have finally got the impetus to set up a page about the various supplements ("Beilagen") that were inserted in some editions, usually to do with a World Exhibition or similar.

For now, it's just a list of those editions known to have had supplements, and some very small bibliographic data about each - plus the scans - but I hope we can expand this in the future.

The page is here and you will find it under the Baedekeriana tab on the menu.
