Thanks to Michael Glaessner, we have been able to add even more cover pictures and title pages. Please keep them coming!

By the way, we have been gathering eBay results using the "proper" programming interface for about a month now - has anybody noticed any difference in terms of numbers of missed auctions (presumably now lower)?
