Baedeker auction in Amsterdam

On March 30, there will be an auction at a fairly new auction house called Zwiggelaar Auctions in Amsterdam, including some 250 Baedekers - none utterly remarkable but including an Indien, some Russias in the three languages, a couple of Konstantinoples and so on. The website is available both in English and in Dutch, there is a PDF catalogue available, and viewings start on Friday.

One particularly interesting item is Lot #251, which is the Murray description of a family journey up the Rhine which was the origin of Murray's Baedeker-rivalling guide to the Rhine (in 1836, see Alex Hinrichsen's bibliography, p.21).
