A rare Nord-Est de la France

Now here is a surprising entry in the list of editions never seen in successful sales by bdkr.com: Nord-Est de la France 6 (1898).

There is a variant of this edition, showing 1899 as its publication year, and this has a more normal distribution (15 successful sales in the last five years). This latter version will of course have been in circulation for longer than the 1898 version (the 7th edition appeared in 1903) but even so, it's a bit strange that we have no recorded sales for F175a. Maybe just a coincidence?
