Whatever is this?

I have no idea what this book is. If it is indeed a Baedeker, it is quite a find. It seems more likely to be a pseudo-Baedeker but they don't usually pretend to have been published by Baedeker on the title page. On the other hand, if this book was printed in 1886 (as seems likely from the description) then giving the publisher as "K. Baedeker, Coblenz" is a bit of a mistake, as the move to Leipzig happened in 1873 or so...

Does anybody have a clue?

I'm off to do a bit of mountain wandering for a couple of days, so may not be able to follow up on this until later in the week. In the meantime, enjoy the weekend!
