Merry Christmas!

To all BDKR visitors and friends, a very Merry Christmas!

I really don't know where this year has gone to - it seems to have flown by. But now it's Christmas again, and at least for an old Scandinavian, it comes with a reminder that, although the days may still be short and nights very dark, the year has turned and before we know it, snowdrops and daffodils will be greeting us again.

Actually it is very windy and wet, and a distinctly un-wintry +10 deg C here in SE England, but a decent log fire, a well-decorated tree and of course the traditional things to eat and drink soon makes us forget the great outdoors. This year, we have house-guests, so there will be no BDKR Christmas crackers - but let's see what can be organised for the New Year!
