First English edition of Palestine

A couple of interesting items on sale at the moment: Palestine and Syria 1 (1876) - although the binding is in a bit of a state, the seller says the contents are complete; and also Rheinlande 13 (1864) - the spine is not original, otherwise looking good.

Also, there is a non-Baedeker, but probably quite interesting book going here: Castaway's Baedeker to the South Seas (1942). Just a curiosum, really...
